Heartfelt Cards LLC ("Heartfelt," "we," "us," or "our") operates a subscription-based greeting card service at heartfeltcards.com. Our platform allows customers to design, schedule, and have physical greeting cards printed and mailed on their behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
We offer the following subscription tiers:
Current pricing is displayed on our website at heartfeltcards.com/pricing. Prices are in US dollars and subject to change with 30 days notice.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each subscription year. Monthly subscriptions are billed each month on the same date as your initial signup. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Unused card allowances do not roll over to the next subscription period. Cards scheduled within your current period will be fulfilled even if your subscription lapses after scheduling, provided payment has been received.
Launch or promotional pricing is locked in for active subscribers. If you cancel and resubscribe, current pricing at that time will apply.
You are solely responsible for all content you submit, including card messages, images, and recipient information. By submitting content, you represent that you have all necessary rights to use it.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any card at our sole discretion. If we decline to print a card, we will notify you and credit the card back to your allowance.
Our AI message writing tool generates suggested card messages. These suggestions are provided as a convenience. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is submitted for printing.
We mail cards approximately 7 days before the scheduled occasion date via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current mailing addresses for all recipients. We are not responsible for cards mailed to incorrect or outdated addresses you provide. Address changes must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled send date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access and card allowances through the end of the paid period.
For annual plans: if you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase and no cards have been mailed, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, or once any cards have been mailed, we will issue a prorated refund for unused months remaining in your annual term.
Monthly plans are not refunded for the current billing month. Cancellation stops future charges.

All content on our platform — including card templates, designs, software, and brand elements — is the property of Heartfelt Cards LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
You retain ownership of any original content you create or upload. By submitting content to our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your card orders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heartfelt Cards LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved. We do not guarantee delivery of any particular card on any specific date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of your state, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your state.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
